The essentials
Every transfer or payment is made under an agency agreement. The agreement fixes the amount, rate, fee, timing and refund terms.
Any quote before the agreement is indicative. The rate becomes binding once the agreement is signed.
We may decline a transaction if it cannot be carried out legally or the client has not passed our checks.
