FAQ

Can I pay the deposit and balance separately?

Yes, you can request staged payments. We agree the basis, amount, deadline and current bank details for each payment.

What if the invoice recipient is different from the seller?

We request an explanation and documents linking the recipient to the transaction. We do not pay until those details have been agreed.

Do you guarantee when the funds will arrive?

The quote gives an expected timeframe. It depends on the payment channel, bank checks, non-business days and complete documentation. We report material changes.

Can I send an invoice through the website form?

The form only needs your name and phone number. After the first contact, your manager agrees how to send the invoice and other documents.
