The quote shows what you send and what you should receive after agreed charges. Cash quotes account for the city and collection method; bank payments account for transfer terms.
If the amount, network, recipient or payment time changes, we agree the terms again. The asset's market price and the terms of a specific exchange may differ.
Confirmation for every outcome

Can you exchange any coin?
Send the name, network and amount. We also consider assets beyond USDT, USDC, BTC and ETH. Availability depends on liquidity, network support and review results. We confirm it before you send.
Can I buy crypto with cash?
Yes, you can submit that request. We agree the city, currency, amount, cash acceptance procedure and transfer to your wallet. The specific arrangement depends on availability at the selected location.
Can I receive money in another country?
Specify the country, city and payout method: account or cash. We check the available option, amount, timing and recipient requirements. Delivery is agreed separately.
Can I pay for goods or property with crypto?
We can consider an agency payment: you provide crypto and the seller receives the agreed currency under an invoice or contract. For property and residence programmes, we first check payer and source-of-funds requirements.
What checks are required?
We establish the client's identity, transaction participants and source of funds, and check crypto addresses and incoming transaction history. Documents depend on the transaction. We do not ask for your password, private key or seed phrase.
When is the rate fixed?
The quote states when the rate is fixed and how long it remains valid, before payment. Do not send funds after it expires without confirmation of new terms.
What if I sent funds on a different network?
Immediately give your manager the transaction hash, asset, network and address. Recovery depends on the recipient and technical circumstances; a refund cannot be guaranteed. Do not send again until the status is established.
