Confirmation depends on the payment method

TransactionWhat to check
Bank transferPayment record and available status. Sending funds and crediting the recipient are separate stages.
Cash collectionConfirmation of the amount, currency and actual receipt of cash.
Settlement involving cryptocurrencyNetwork, asset, amount and transaction identifier. If the supplier receives fiat currency, a record of that part of the settlement is also required.

Involve your accountant before paying

Agree the parties' names, currencies, payment basis and completion records in advance. Foreign currency accounting, tax or customs may require additional information.

Payment records do not replace import documents, evidence of product quality or fulfilment of the supply contract. Those requirements depend on your jurisdiction and transaction.

How to read a payment confirmation

SWIFT describes confirmation of crediting separately from sending a payment. The document format and available status depend on the banks involved.

Sharing documents

Leave your contact details in the form. Your manager will confirm the list and agree a way to share documents. Do not upload passports, bank details or client materials to the callback form.

A checklist for your transaction

Leave your contact details and discuss the payment and your accounting requirements with your manager.

FAQ

Can I see a draft agreement before paying?

Ask your manager for a draft agreement for your transaction. The parties, instructions, cost and terms must be agreed before you pay.

Will the documents satisfy any bank?

Requirements vary. Agree the package with your bank and accountant before payment, then send any additional requirements to your manager.

Do you provide a SWIFT record for every transaction?

No. Confirmation matches the payment method used. Cash or transactions outside SWIFT require a different document.

Will I need to document the source of funds?

Where needed, we request documents relevant to your circumstances, such as a sale agreement, income records or company accounts. The exact list is determined during review.
