  • The whole family in one requestEnter the number of people: we quote an eSIM for each phone and send the codes together.
  • One contact during the tripIf the eSIM does not connect or the data runs out, message the same manager on Telegram or WhatsApp.

Check your phone in 10 seconds

Dial *#06# like a normal number. If the screen shows an EID line, your phone supports eSIM.

iPhone XS, XR and newer

Models sold in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao may not have eSIM. To check, open Settings - General - About and look for the EID.

One more condition: the phone must not be locked to a carrier. If you bought it on a contract, check with your carrier before you order.

How to install an eSIM

Installation takes a few minutes. It needs an internet connection, so install it at home or at your hotel on Wi-Fi, not on the aircraft steps.

What to know before you buy

Six questions best settled at home, not at the airport.

  • You keep your main numberOn a dual-line phone your main SIM works alongside the eSIM. Bank texts arrive if it has service in the country you visit.
  • Usually it is data onlyMake calls through messengers. If you need a local number for calls and texts, say so in your request and we will find a plan that has one.
  • When the plan period startsSome plans start at installation, others at the first connection in the country. We tell you which before you pay and suggest the day to install.
  • HotspotNot every plan allows sharing data with a laptop. If you plan to work, mention it and we will check this in advance.
  • Several countries in a rowA route can use a regional plan or separate eSIMs. We compare both and show you the total.
  • If you run out of dataMessage us from your trip: we will check whether the plan can be topped up or send a new QR code.

FAQ

What is an eSIM?

It is a SIM in the form of a digital profile, built into the phone, with no plastic card. You install the profile from a QR code.

How much does an eSIM cost?

The price depends on the country, data amount and duration. The calculator shows the data you need, and we give the total in reply to your request, before you pay.

Can I make calls and receive texts?

Most travel eSIMs are data only, so calls go through messengers. Your main SIM keeps receiving calls and texts if it works in the country you visit. We can find a plan with a number on request.

Will I lose my number?

No. The eSIM is added to your main SIM and does not replace it. On dual-line phones they work at the same time.

When is the best time to install?

A day or two before you fly, on Wi-Fi. If the plan period starts at installation, we tell you in advance and suggest the right day.

What if the eSIM does not connect?

Check that data roaming is on for the eSIM and that it is selected for mobile data. If that does not help, restart the phone and message us so we can sort it out together.

Does each person need an eSIM?

Yes, each phone needs its own eSIM. Enter the number of people in the calculator and we will cover the whole family in one request.

Can I use an eSIM on an older phone?

Only if the model supports eSIM. Dial *#06#: an EID line means it does.

Can I top up during the trip?

It depends on the plan, and we tell you when choosing it. If a top-up is not possible, we send a new QR code.

What details do you need for an order?

Countries, dates, phone model and a contact. If a plan's carrier requires anything else, we let you know before you pay.

Let us quote your transfer

Leave your phone number. A manager will call you back, confirm the country, amount and recipient, and send you a quote with the rate, fee and timing.
