First we agree the invoice, rate, fee and expected timing. After signing the agency agreement, you pay the agreed amount; we make the payment and provide a report.
Agree delivery, customs, warranty and purchase returns separately with the seller. For hotels or rentals, also check deposits and any requirement for the guest’s card at arrival.
From request to receipt

Understand the cost before buying
Your quote covers the seller’s amount, exchange rate, our fee and known bank costs. Possible additional deductions are identified separately. For a small purchase, compare the full payment cost with the price of the item.
Documents
Ask the seller for an invoice with bank details, purchase description, currency and payment deadline. Check whether third-party payment is accepted and how refunds work.

Can I pay for a single T-shirt or phone?
You can request payment for a single purchase. We confirm availability and the full cost first. For smaller amounts, the fee may materially affect the total price.
Can I pay for a hotel, holiday or tickets?
We review the supplier’s invoice and booking rules, including third-party payment, cancellation and refunds. A hotel or rental company may separately require the guest’s card for a deposit.
Can I buy a car or an aircraft?
We assess payment for these transactions individually. We need the contract, seller details and information about the purchase. Availability is confirmed after checking restrictions and transaction terms.
Do you select the goods and arrange shipping?
This service covers payment to the seller on your instructions. Agree product selection, condition checks, delivery, customs and warranty with the seller or a specialist separately.
What happens if I cancel the purchase?
Before payment, we clarify the seller’s refund rules and the refund process under the agency agreement. Timing, exchange rate and possible deductions depend on the transaction and banks involved.
